Abbie embodies what it means to live in line with the principles of yoga: that these are practices woven into our everyday lives and not simply left for our time on the mat, exemplified by the balance that she finds between teaching yoga and her demanding career in IT for the financial services industry. She believes that yoga is the perfect antidote to the demands of modern day living, improving resilience as well as providing physical and mental growth. Approaching her teaching from a place of gratitude and love, Abbie understands how precious time is and endeavours to create the space for you to get the most out of your practice. Her dynamic Vinyasa practice combines pranayama with mindful movement, for a reinvigorating practice.
