Aneta

Aneta's approach to teaching yoga is both inclusive and immersive. Having studied both in India and at home she blends what she has learned into her own unique and dynamic style of practice. At the core of her teaching is her drive to spread the love that she has for movement, helping others to discover their range of abilities; mentally and physically. She is particularly drawn to the power of Meta teachings and meditation and how these can help to build both body and mind. Her favourite moments are watching that spark of fire be ignited in students as they blend their own values and personal discoveries into their practice.
