Donna

Donna's passion for yoga came from an enjoyment for movement and a call to support her mental health. She had left an intense dance training background harbouring depression and anxiety which left her battling herself and her mind. Finding the practice of yoga provided her with a pathway to come back to herself, and gave her the tools she needed to find peace and compassion. Donna completed her teacher training in Rishikesh, India. Through her classes Donna aims to be able to help others find their connection to themselves through yoga. Through movement and breath Donna cultivates a genuinely positive and warm environment for you to explore how you feel about yourself and the space you occupy. It is the aim of each and every class to 'cultivate positivity through mindful movement'.
