Karen gave up corporate recruitment for a major retail brand to follow her heart into teaching yoga. Over the last seven years she has worked extensively with teachers around the world to develop her own style of Restorative Flow. She believes that yoga is quite literally for every-body and people should not be restricted by injury or body type in seeking practice. With her warm heart and even warmer smile, Karen cultivates a truly inclusive environment where students are invited to explore their bodies safely. From personal experience she understands yoga is a powerful tool for transformation and growth; it is this experience that she seeks to pass on through her classes.
