Sophie Ng

Sophie's yoga journey began with childhood dance and a love of movement. Introduced to Ashtanga in her early twenties, she continued her practice locally. In 2016, she completed a 200-hour Sivananda-Ashtanga training, later embracing Dharma Yoga under Andrei Ram and finishing a 200-hour Hatha Raja course in 2019. Her light-hearted classes foster balance and equanimity, focusing on asanas that promote health, clarity and inner stillness. Sophie weaves in yamas and niyamas to guide self-realisation and compassion, helping students carry their practice beyond the mat.
