Steph

Steph began her practice as a means to combating running injuries. As her passion grew she undertook her 200HR Teacher Training in Goa, India, before returning to the UK to teach. Her practice is grounded in the Hatha tradition, threaded through with more dynamic elements to bring her students indulgent flows which challenge and intrigue. Her varied training in flow as well as Yin & Aerial Yoga give Steph a unique and refreshing perspective. She encourages and welcomes all to her classes with an open heart and mind.
